Michael R Griffith has taught at the University of California Dental School in San Francisco for several years and has maintained a general dental practice since 1969 in San Francisco. In addition, he has been a  practicing psychotherapist for 20 years as well.  He treats families, individuals, and patients with a variety of fears and phobias. He has led groups at the California Institute of Integral Studies, Esalen Institute and the Lama Foundation. He received a MS in Oral Biology in 1971 from UCSF and a MA in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 1986.
